1. Inspiratory process:      

The screw inlet side suction port must be designed so that the compression chamber can be fully aspirated, and the screw compressor has no intake and exhaust valve group, the intake only depends on the opening and closing of a conditioning valve, when the rotor rotates, the tooth groove space of the main and secondary rotors is turned to the intake end wall when it is opened.At this time, the tooth groove space of the rotor is connected with the free air of the air inlet, because the air in the tooth groove is completely discharged during the exhaust, when the exhaust is completed, the tooth groove is in a vacuum state, when the air is transferred to the air inlet, the outside air is inhaled and flows into the tooth groove of the main and secondary rotors along the axis。When the air fills the whole tooth groove, the air inlet side of the rotor turns away from the air inlet of the housing, and the air between the tooth groove is blocked

2. Blockade and referral process:      

When the main and secondary rotors are aspirated, the teeth of the main and secondary rotors are closed with the casing, and the air is closed in the tooth groove and no longer flows out, that is, the [blocking process].。The two rotors continue to rotate, and the tooth peak and tooth groove coincide at the suction end, and the anastomosis surface gradually moves towards the exhaust end。 

3. Tightening and oil injection process:     

In the process of transmission, the meshing surface gradually moves to the exhaust end, that is, the tooth groove between the meshing surface and the exhaust port slowly decreases, the gas in the tooth groove is gradually tightened, and the pressure is improved, which is the [tightening process].。At the same time, due to the effect of pressure difference, the smooth oil is also sprayed into the compression chamber and mixed with the chamber gas。 

4, exhaust process:     

When the meshing end face of the rotor is turned to communicate with the exhaust of the housing, (the pressure of the gas is tightened at this time.High) The compressed gas begins to discharge until the meshing surface of the tooth peak and the tooth groove moves to the exhaust end face. At this time, the tooth groove space between the meshing surface of the two rotors and the exhaust port of the housing is zero, that is, the exhaust process is completed. At the same time, the tooth groove length between the rotor meshing surface and the air inlet of the housing reaches again.Long, its inspiratory process is in progress。
